4. International Processing
We and our service providers may process and store information in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Norway, the European Economic Area, and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual commitments, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized transfer safeguards.
5. EEA and UK Notice
Where the General Data Protection Regulation, the UK General Data Protection Regulation, or similar European privacy laws apply, MusicDevs Inc is the controller of personal information processed for Luma Audio. Retention periods vary by record type. For example, order, payment, tax, and accounting records may be kept longer than support messages or marketing preferences. We may delete, anonymize, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.
